Account · Data Deletion

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your FourMeasure account and its associated data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open the FourMeasure app and sign in.
  2. Go to your Profile tab.
  3. Open the account menu and tap "Delete Account."
  4. Confirm. This action cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

Email support@fourmeasure.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify your identity and process the request.

What we delete and keep

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, username, posts, reviews, ratings, comments, and uploaded images. Messages you've sent may remain visible to the people who received them. We remove or de-identify your personal data within 30 days, keeping a limited set of records longer only where required by law or to prevent fraud and abuse.
